Lucky Draw T&C

The contents of this form are an extension of the Membership Terms & Conditions form and is not mutually exclusive.

  1. 1. Eligibility and Participation

    1. This lucky draw is conducted by Neo Group Limited’s membership programme, Neo Celebrates to celebrate the launch of its new membership programme
    2. All employees, members of management and immediate family members (that is, spouse and children) of the Neo Group Limited shall not be entitled to participate in this lucky draw.
    3. This lucky draw is only open to Neo Celebrates Members. The term “Members” refers to individuals with an activated Neo Celebrates account.
    4. Neo Celebrates card holders can participate in the lucky draw, by activating his or her membership account by means of completing a registration form, verifying their submission by clicking on an activation email link, which will be sent to the individual’s email address.
    5. Each participant shall only be entitled to submit one registration form. The participant’s name used in the registration form should match his or her NRIC. Each registration form must be filled in a legible manner and all information furnished must be accurate and complete. A failure to comply with these pre-requisites would result in an automatic disqualification.

  2. 2. Lucky Draw

    1. The winner(s) of the lucky draw shall be selected randomly.
    2. All winner(s) of the lucky draw shall be notified by, Facebook, Phone and by E-mail.
    3. The winner(s) are to collect their prize(s) at 1 Enterprise Road, Singapore 629813.
    4. In the event that the winner of the prize does not redeem his or her prize within a period of 1 month, the prize(s) would be forfeited and the winner shall not have any claim against Neo Celebrates for such forfeiture.
    5. All prizes are not exchangeable, transferable or exchangable for cash. All prizes must be claimed personally by prize winners at the place and within the deadline specified by Neo Celebrates.

  3. 3. Prize

    1. The prize(s) for the lucky draw shall be that prize specified by Neo Celebrates during the celebratory launch period.
    2. The prize(s) shall be non-transferable and can only be redeemed/consumed by the winner of the lucky draw as well as in the name of person/persons, whom the winner shall elect.
    3. The prize(s) does not have any cash value and does not include all applicable taxes, levies, fees and surcharges.
    4. The winner(s) of the prize(s) shall be responsible for all ancillary and additional costs arising from the use of the prize(s), insofar as these are not specifically indicated as part of the prize. Such ancillary costs include but shall not be limited to any additional orders made beyond the scope of the prize(s).

  4. 4. Liability and Indemnity

    1. Neo Celebrates shall not be liable in any way to any participant or any person for
      1. any loss, damage or expenses arising in connection with the lucky draw
      2. any act or omission relating to any person’s participation however caused
      3. late or non-notification
      4. incomplete, lost, late, damaged, illegible or misdirected notice
      5. mail, e-mail, technical, hardware or software breakdown of any kind
      6. lost or unavailable network connections or failed, incomplete garbled or delayed electronic transmission or transactions, which may limit a participant’s ability to participate in the lucky draw.
    2. The participant shall indemnify and keep Neo Celebrates and its officers, agents and employees ("the Indemnified Parties") fully indemnified against any and all loss, damage, claims and costs (including legal costs on a full indemnity basis) suffered and/or incurred by any of the Indemnified Parties as a result of the participant's breach of any of these Terms and Conditions.
    3. Neo Celebrates assumes no responsibility or liability for the acts or defaults of merchants or third parties, any non-delivery, non-performance or defects in any prize given out in the course of the lucky draw. Neo Celebrates makes no representation or warranty whatsoever in respect of any Prize(s), whether as to the satisfactory quality or performance or otherwise whatsoever.

  5. 5. Others

    1. Neo Celebrates shall retain complete discretion in deciding on all matters relating to the lucky draw and shall decisions be final and binding on all participants. Neo Celebrates shall not be obliged to enter into any correspondence/discussion with any participant with regards to its decisions.
    2. Notwithstanding anything contained herein, Neo Celebrates reserves the right at any time, in its absolute discretion to terminate the lucky draw or to amend, add and/or delete any of these terms and conditions without prior notification and all participants shall be bound to such amendments, additions or deletions when effected.
    3. In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any brochure, marketing or promotional material relating to lucky draw, the terms and conditions contained herein shall prevail.
    4. Any person who is not a participant may not enforce any of these terms and conditions under the Contracts (Right of Third Parties) Act (Chapter 35B).
